What Is and Has Always Been True

Living in a propaganda state where we are subjected to one rapid fire psy-op after another, I try my best to lean back on the ancestors, asking for clarity and discernment.

My dreams, my guides, my angels, my foremothers and forefathers all tell me to ground and stay centered in what has always been true:

Love and tend to the children.

Feed and shelter the mothers.

Eat nourishing food.

Drink clean water and tea.

Make soup and bread and share them with others.

Feel the sun on your skin.

Breathe deeply.
